Visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Spain. This was a great experience and the tickets really did help in skipping the long lines to purchase tickets on side. There was still a bit of waiting involved ahead of security screening but it wasn't very long at all. It's Europe’s largest functioning royal palace, with over 3,400 rooms! While the Spanish royal family no longer lives there, it’s still used for official ceremonies. The royal banquet hall was especially impressive. We were surrounded by lavish gold detailing, frescoed ceilings, velvet walls, portraits, musical instruments and so much more. The Throne and Porcelain Rooms were my favourites. It truly felt like stepping into a different world, one of unimaginable wealth and grandeur. I was positively surprised that they now allow visitors to take photos! Highly recommended
A visit to the Royal Palace is a must if you are in Madrid. I loved seeing the spectacular changing of the guard event. The Palace rooms are grand.
I loved this palace, I had a great experience there enjoying all the rooms, walkings outside. the audioguide is very helpful with interesting information. I hope to come back there one day!
Superb, a must do, queues not too long and wasn't too busy inside
Wonderful experience, incredible palace, architecture, royal objects. Everything was very well organized.

Very nice experience, didn't have any issues with tickets or our line. Totally recommend
Great experience, stunning palace both inside and outside. With the skip-the-line ticket, we got in right away and avoided standing in the heat.

The tickets were bought in advance, not in a queue, so we queued like people without tickets!

Perfect , the queue was very long under a blazing sun and therefore the choice to have made tickets with you was a winner

Very nice Palace with a good view of the history. Loved it with my Mother, aged 82. Also a great view over Madrid from the palace square! I recommend everybody to take tour in th Royal Palace!
The Royal palace is beautiful, amazing to see but too many people, we had skip the line tickets but we still had to wait in the sun to get in and the toilets were awful and dirty, and far too many people at once.
Received the tickets within an hour of my booking, and didn't need to download an app to get them (that would have been a deal breaker). Had no problems using the tickets and the Madrid Royal Palace was absolutely amazing!
It was wonderful! You sent confirmations, notices that the event was approaching and I felt all the support. I have to confess that I was afraid after I bought with you because I then saw several complaints from users, but you showed that you provide an excellent service! Thank you so much

Powercut in Spain on 28th April meant our train from Murcia did not leave the station. The subsequent Internet and mobile phone network prevented notification. Whilst we travelled to Madrid on 29th April by train we arrived too late to be able to take a tour of the palace. Not really Headout's fault but the train operator and rail company both automatically refunded costs.
Due to the blackout the palace was closed. Please instruct us about the refund policy, as we had to return home and rescheduling is not an option. Thank you.
I cannot work out why 4 senior tickets at E7 comes to E63 even with booking fee. Once in the first door there is another ticket check across the courtyard. My ticket would not load again and we were almost turned away. Will probably not use this system again. Sorry
The rooms that can be visited are not many but some are really amazing and definitely worth the visit. Only negative note is that they should limit the number of visitors because the rooms were really too crowded. Experience with headout unimpeachable.

Easy to find entrance, friendly staff & a great audio guide. The Gallery is well laid out with amazing exhibits & the clear concise commentary provided a comprehensive overview of the Spanish royals.
Not sure what skip the line means. We waited 30 minutes in the rain. I did have a final ticker not a voucher so not sure what your "I expected my voucher..." means. Turns out people with no tix got in faster than we did
One of my favorites in Madrid. Definitely try and buy tickets online before you go so you don't have to wait in the long line to buy tickets. Definitely worth it.
Got in quickly, good experience. Beautiful palace to visit.

Royal Palace of Madrid skip-the-line tickets give you priority access, which means you don’t have to stand in long queues and wait for your turn to buy your tickets. Skip past those long lines and walk straight into the palace without wasting your precious time and energy. Instead, spend it on exploring the palace and nearby attractions.
Most guided tours, by default, have the skip the line feature included in them. This means that you benefit from guided tours in two ways – first, you don’t have to wait in line to enter the palace because you get priority access, and second, you get an expert tour guide to show you around the palace and tell you about its history and the artworks on display.
If you want to avoid crowds, we recommend you visit the palace during the morning hours. The palace opens at 10am. Reach 15-20 minutes before for a hassle-free entry. Visiting in the afternoon during lunch hours is also a good option. If you want to visit later in the day, reach the palace about an hour or so before closing time to avoid long queues. It’s best to avoid visiting on weekends.
